Chaim Gordon is a highly experienced tax controversy attorney with over a decade of practice in the field. He has a well-established reputation for effectively handling complex IRS audits, and has had significant success in obtaining penalty abatement for his clients. His in-depth understanding of the new BBA partnership audit regime sets him apart, and he has substantial experience in resolving Federal income and estate tax disputes—including tax-related valuation disputes.

In addition to his tax controversy expertise, Chaim provides comprehensive advice on both procedural and substantive Federal tax issues, and he is skilled in negotiating various business transactions and contracts. Paige Marvel of the United States Tax Court.
