Moshe began his career as a litigation associate specializing in employment litigation. Mr. Warga's practice has since grown to include business litigation, consulting, and negotiating business and employment-related agreements that protect his clients' interests.
Mr. Warga's business and estate planning practice involves representing business owners, family businesses and other clients in:
(1) structuring their businesses and/or financial holdings to maximize their business objectives, tax planning and asset protection;
(2) creating an estate plan to ensure the orderly and efficient transfer of clients’ wealth upon their demise in a manner consistent with clients’ desires, values and the minimization of tax effects upon their demise;
(3) navigating the legal process after the death of a loved one; and
(4) other business transactional documents such as mergers and acquisitions, contract analysis/negotiation and internal corporate documents
Mr. Warga is also a certified civil mediator. In his mediation practice, Mr. Warga helps pro se and attorney-represented parties avoid costly litigation by resolving their civil disputes through mediation. Mr. Warga's dispute resolution experience enables him to offer creative solutions to simplify complex inter-party dynamics and draft durable settlement agreements that are beneficial to all parties.
Mr. Warga received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Touro College, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, was inducted into the Psi Chi Honor Society and awarded the Lander's Honor Scholarship. Mr. Warga received his Juris Doctor degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he graduated with a certificate in dispute resolution. Mr. Warga was chosen to participate in the school's nationally recognized mediation clinic, through which he mediated civil cases in Manhattan Civil Court.
