Shaya received his Juris Doctor degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2022 and was admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York in 2023. Mr. Singer began his career as a Corporate and Real Estate associate in a New York City-based law firm. 

 

As an associate at Cutler, Gordon & Warga, Mr. Singer’s practice includes the negotiation and drafting of documents for a variety of sophisticated business and corporate finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and private securities offerings, as well as many facets of the firm's real estate practice, including retail and office leasing, conveyancing, financing and development.

 

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Singer worked in both the public and private sectors, gaining extensive experience in the financial, real estate, non-profit and legal compliance industries
